Patch 0.4: keystone placement, bed break sound, Duel kit changes

Keystones now snap to the pier's centre line. The bed break sound is quieter (we're hearing you). Mace kit removed from Pro Duel for now.

Patch 0.4 is live on every server.

Keystone

Keystones now snap to the pier's centre line. Off-centre keystones made bridges that held in one game and not in the next. This applies in Training too; times set before 0.4 are marked on profiles.

BedWars

The bed break sound is quieter. A lot of you asked for it to be less sharp. We may have gone too far; there's a feedback thread.

Duel

The mace kit is out of Pro Duel for now. It stays in Casual and Training. It comes back to Pro once the knockback numbers are settled.
